Who we are

Our Founder Susan Giles is an ICSA qualified Company Secretary with a distinction in Healthcare Governance and a long standing track record at Director level within the NHS and experience as a Non Executive Director within the Housing Sector.

Our experience

Primary Care Provider – delivered a bespoke suite of organisational policies for a primary care provider, together with a policy audit action plan, that supported the organisation through a CQC process.

Acute Trust – Company Secretary services provided to an NHS acute trust in the North West of England, including supporting them with internal and external audit processes, CQC inspections and the Foundation Trust application process.

Commissioner Organisation – Company Secretary services provided to a large commissioning organisation, including leading the establishment documents following a merger of two primary care trusts and due diligence for the movement of the provider function to a local acute trust.

Housing Association – Board level support, challenge and enquiry to a North West Housing Association, including advising and supporting the Chair to respond to regulatory action.

Consultancy – Director level function for a consultancy organisation.

Risk Management – senior risk management, root cause analysis and improvement delivery with a high profile specialist Trust and a large primary care trust.
